I recently stayed at Royal Continental Suites Business Bay for 15 nights. The location is fantastic with beautiful views, especially of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai lake canal. However, I faced some issues with the front desk regarding early check-in and felt that the staff could have been more considerate. The overall service was decent but could use some improvement. 😊
